I believe that teaching offers unique opportunities to both students and teachers. It does not only pass on knowledge and skills, but it is also a space for exchanging cultures and ideas. I am very passionate about teaching because I believe that I can gain as much knowledge from my students as they can from me. I enjoy teaching, but I'm also interested in listening to and learning from my students. As an ESL (English as Secondary Language) tutor, I want to create a comfortable learning space for my students. wherein they are free to make mistakes and learn from them. I will also do my best to meet the needs of my students as well as help them achieve their learning goals. I have different hobbies that make me happy. One of them is watching movies. I enjoy watching movies because they teach me about the different traditions and values of various cultures. I specifically like to watch animated and Korean dramas. I usually like to watch romantic series and movies. However, I have been exploring different genres, like action, horror, and comedy. I also like to spend my time taking care of my pets. I have hamsters, cats, and dogs as pets. Each of them has their own personal needs, and I feel good about taking care of them and seeing them happy and content in the environment I provide. Lastly, I like playing online games. It enhances my decision-making skills. I really enjoy this one because I can play with my friends. I can also meet people from different countries just by playing games, which results in unexpected friendships. Overall, being an ESL tutor is more than a job for me. I enjoy teaching; therefore, I will do my best to make learning enjoyable for me and my students.
